Ecogenics receives SARE GrantEcogenics will test viability of various organic fertilizers4/1/06 -- The Ecogenics Center for the Study of Alternative Solutions has been awarded a grant from the Southern Region Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) program entitled "Aquaculturally Derived Products as Fertilizers for High Value Added Crop Production." The SARE grant will support a series of experiments comparing Ecogenics' fish emulsion fertilizer, Ecogenics' "worm tea" emulsion fertilizer, and a commercially available, organically-certified fertilizer.
